Summoned to Earth to be the harbinger of destruction, an infant demon is instead found by a group of elite American soldiers, who name him Hellboy. Taken to America and raised by Dr. Broom, Hellboy is made a member of the B.P.R.D. (Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense), and with his Right Hand of Doom and a lot of attitude, he helps fight the forces of evil that seek to destroy the world.
