Here's a small listing of some of Master Replicas past
products:

Darth Vader Lightsabers
ESB-
Limited to 2,000 worldwide
ANH-
Limited to 7,500 worldwide
The complex story of father and son, of darkness and light, is
revealed in The Empire Strikes Back, and the full scope of the Star Wars
epic takes hold. Darth Vader, fallen Jedi Knight and father of Luke Skywalker,
stands against his son in an epic duel that could determine the fate of a
galaxy. Overwhelmed by the dark side of the Force, Vader confronts Luke,
wielding his most deadly and personal weapon: the lightsaber.
Vader’s lightsaber is an elegant balance of black and silver.
The simplicity of its design contrasts the intensity of its power. In this way,
it resembles the lightsaber of the young Padawan Anakin in Attack of the
Clones, or the lightsaber inherited by Luke in A New Hope.
The lightsaber prop seen in The Empire Strikes Back
varies slightly from the piece used by Vader in A New Hope. While both
lightsabers probably began as the same antique flashgun, minor details of the
prop were altered for use in this second installment of the Star Wars trilogy.
Ultimately, this version of the lightsaber would also be dropped and an entirely
new prop would be used for Return of The Jedi.
The rubber grips were lengthened by approximately 5/8 of an
inch. The clamp lever originally present on the center control box was removed
and replaced with a pin and what appears to be a hat nut or other fastening
device. Small wires were also inserted into the oval recharge ports near the
front of the flashgun. Finally, the control box sidebars were changed to black
painted pieces with angled ends, rather than the chrome, squared-off sidebars on
the original Star Wars prop.

Jango Fett Blaster Set
Limited to 1,500 worldwide
Jango Fett: renowned bounty hunter and slain father of Boba Fett.
He was so capable in battle that entire army of clone soldiers were created from
his DNA. However, even Jango’s legendary combat skills were not enough when he
faced Jedi Master Mace Windu in the first battle of the Clone Wars, and the
feared bounty hunter was struck down. Although Jango Fett carries many lethal
devices in his arsenal, his primary weapon of choice is a pair of WESTAR-34
blaster pistols.
The original hero props were constructed of machined aluminum
and brass barrel, body and trigger with cast resin grips. Several molded resin
props were made for use in action scenes so that the intricate hero props would
not become damaged during filming. A metal cover was soldered over the trigger
guard of one of the hero props so the actor portraying Jango Fett, Temuera
Morrison, could spin the pistol on his finger with an old western flourish
before replacing it in the holster. Because of the way this action sequence is
filmed the modified trigger guard isn’t visible in the movie scene.
The Master Replicas design team completed a thorough examination
of the original hero props in the Lucasfilm archive. Their study included taking
measurements of the props as well as matching colors and finishes of the metal
components. Our designers also conducted a digital scan of the prop that they
converted to a Pro-Engineer (Pro-E) file in order to recreate an exact
three-dimensional model of the props. Using the 3D model as reference, our
manufacturer created tooling patterns that were used to produce CNC (computer
numerically controlled) machined parts for the replicas with astonishing
accuracy.
We are pleased to present our Jango Fett blaster replicas with
one of the most unique display cases we’ve ever designed. We hope these
exceptional replicas will become a focal point in your collection.
Features:
 | Set of Jango Fett’s WESTAR-34 blaster
replicas as seen in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. |
 | Constructed of hand polished machined
aluminum, brass, and die-cast metal parts. |
 | Set includes one open trigger blaster
and one stunt trigger blaster. The stunt trigger blaster will only be
available in this set. |

The Stormtrooper Blaster LE:
The Stormtroopers were unswervingly loyal to the
Emperor and represented the most visible extension of Imperial might. They
served both the ground-based armies of Palpatine's forces, and the space-based
Imperial starfleet. Formidable in their white armor, their primary means of
enforcement was the BlasTech E-11 blaster rifle.
The prop makers modified the military version of a 1950’s British submachine gun
to create this blaster prop. To create this fearsome weapon, the prop-makers
modified the gun by adding plastic “T-track” to cover the barrel vent holes. A
metal strip was bent into shape and attached to the top of the receiver in order
to attach a WWII tank azimuth scope. The original 32 round magazine for the
submachine gun was shortened to hold three rounds.
While many different resin stunt Stormtrooper blasters were used during filming,
Master Replicas has recreated the metal hero version based upon the blank-firing
submachine gun as used in A New Hope. With its heavy, steel construction, our
replica weighs almost as much as the actual prop.
Master Replicas takes great pride in presenting this most sought-after prop
replica. We hope that you’ll enjoy our interpretation of this iconic weapon.
Features:
 | Official reproduction of the “E-11” blaster
rifles used by the Stormtroopers throughout the original Star Wars: A New
Hope. |
 | The original prop was modeled after a 1950’s
British submachine gun. |
 | Our replica is made of metal with ABS parts
and detailing and weighs almost 30 pounds. |
 | Comes with a custom display case, numbered
plaque, plaque stand, and certificate of authenticity. |
 | Approximate dimensions: 21” L x 6” W x 9” H
|
 | Limited Edition – 3,500 |

Princess Leia Blaster: Signature Ed. 750
Sold Out!
Princess Leia Organa. Imperial Senator and one of the leaders
of the Rebel Alliance. Although her spaceship, the Tantive IV, is overrun by
Imperial forces, we see early-on that she will not be taken easily. Hiding in
the darkness, Leia manages to dispatch a Stormtrooper with her trusty sidearm
before she is captured. Like the princess, her personal weapon, the DDC Defender
sporting blaster is slender and elegant.
While we don’t actually get to see very much of this particular blaster, its few
seconds on screen have become iconic. The original filming prop used in A New
Hope was composed of several unlikely components. The base weapon was a Soviet
.22 caliber target pistol. This was apparently chosen for its small size so as
to not appear bulky while being held by the petite Carrie Fisher.
An extended barrel was added to the base pistol, covered by a coiled cord
(either the accessory cord from an antique flashgun or a British telephone cord)
and a finned component (a British plastic plumbing adapter). The business end of
the barrel is capped by a .22 caliber recoil compensator that was often included
with this type of pistol for target shooting.
Although thought to be lost for many years, Master Replicas located the original
prop in the possession of a private collector in England. To create our replica,
data was obtained from this individual on the origin and dimensions of the added
components. In addition, MR purchased a mint condition, period Soviet .22
caliber target pistol for reference. Upon examination of several of these
Russian firearms and numerous other photographs, it was evident that many
variations existed in their basic design and details. MR therefore utilized an
example that appeared to be a best match to the original filming prop.
Features:
 | The original prop was modeled on a Soviet .22
caliber target pistol. |
 | Our replica is constructed of metal with ABS
parts and detailing. |
 | Comes with a custom display case, numbered
plaque personally signed by actress Carrie Fisher (Signature Edition), plaque
stand, certificate of authenticity with a photo from the autograph event (Sig.
Ed.). |
 | Approximate dimensions: 15.5” L X 5.5” H X
1.5” W. |

Mace Windu Ltd. Ed. Lightsaber-Limited
to 1,750 worldwide
The Mace Windu lightsaber from Attack of the
Clones is one of the most ornate lightsaber designs seen in the Star Wars
saga. The lightsaber hilt is polished chrome with gold and black embellishments,
and intricate patterns adorn various sections of the surface. During battle
Mace's lightsaber ignites with a majestic purple glow, making it even more
distinctive.
Our Mace Windu lightsaber replica was created
from a direct digital scan of one of the original hero props used in the movie.
We also took numerous measurements of the prop to verify the exact dimensions
and referred to Lucasfilm archive photographs in order to duplicate the finish.
Our replica is constructed of approximately forty parts made of machined brass
and aluminum, die-cast metal, and injection molded PVC and ABS. We hope you get
as much pleasure from owning this prop replica as we got from making it.

Darth Maul Battle Damaged Saber Ltd.
Ed.-Limited to 750 Worldwide
In the climactic final
moments of The Phantom Menace, Darth Maul and Obi-Wan Kenobi lock blades
in one of the most dramatic and memorable lightsaber duels ever seen in the
Star Wars saga. During the intense battle, Obi-Wan cleaves Darth Maul’s
double-bladed lightsaber in half with a ferocious upward thrust. This momentous
blow does not disable the vicious Sith’s weapon nor does it dissuade him from
continuing his brutal battle with the Jedi.
Features:
 | The battle damaged
lightsaber looks the way it might have appeared after Obi-Wan Kenobi cleaved
it in half during the climactic duel scene that ended the life of Darth Maul. |
 | The battle damaged
lightsaber is constructed from metal with a weathered finish that shows the
scrapes, dents and scorch marks that could have been caused during brutal
combat. |
 | The open, severed end
exposes ruby red crystals and wiring that we imagine could be inside a “real”
lightsaber. |
 | Comes with a plaque,
plaque holder, Certificate of Authenticity, and custom crafted display case. |

Obi-Wan Weathered Lightsaber
Limited to
2,500 worldwide
Sold Out!
General Obi-Wan “Ben” Kenobi: Jedi Knight and hero of the
Rebellion. As mentor to Luke Skywalker, he assists the Rebels in destroying the
Death Star and ultimately bringing an end to the evil Empire. In keeping with
the realism prevalent in the Star Wars saga, this weathered version of
the Obi-Wan Kenobi lightsaber shows the effect decades of use in the harsh
environments of the Star Wars galaxy had on his weapon. Master Replicas
has diligently replicated the details of this lightsaber, including the
scratches, dents, and battle scars evident on the original filming prop seen in
A New Hope.
Old Ben’s lightsaber is one of the most widely recognized
weapons from the original trilogy. Its antique design harkens back to an earlier
time, or as Obi-Wan puts it, “a more civilized age.” What makes this lightsaber
so fascinating is that while the design appears very uniform and integrated, the
film prop actually comprised several unrelated components.
The pommel (or rear of the lightsaber) was made from a European
faucet handle, while the silver band in the center was taken from an antique
flashgun similar to the ones used to create Luke’s lightsaber for the first two
films. The two control switches on the right side of this band are actually
1970’s-era transistors. The finned grip ring in front of the band is from a
World War I grenade. The rear grip and front emitter have yet to be positively
identified, but they appear to be some type of gear and gas burner head
respectively. The prop makers for A New Hope masterfully combined these
disparate parts into one coherent design. Over the years, it has become one of
the most beloved and best-remembered lightsaber designs in the Star Wars
saga.

Yoda Lightsaber: Episode III Revenge
of the Sith.
Sold Out
While the Clone Wars ravage the
galaxy, the wise Jedi Master Yoda senses the dark side of the Force surrounding
Chancellor Palpatine. When the Separatists invade the Wookiee world of Kashyyyk,
Yoda leads the Republic's clone army into battle. Assisted by the mighty
Wookiees Chewbacca and Tarfful, Yoda barely escapes a surprise ambush when the

decimated, and the Republic reorganized into the first Galactic Empire, Yoda
must face the new Emperor in the ultimate confrontation between the greatest

For Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, Yoda is armed with his elegant
lightsaber, which remains largely unchanged from its original appearance in Star
Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. The small, six-inch long silver device is
augmented with the same control buttons and protective shroud at the front of
the emitter. While it may seem ungainly in human hands, its diminutive size is a
perfect fit for the hands of the elfish Jedi Master. Since Yoda was again
created digitally for Episode III, his lightsaber is also a digital construct.
ILM again worked their magic to bring Yoda and his trusty weapon to life on the
big screen.

Darth Sidious: Episode III Revenge of
the Sith
Patiently plotting to take over
the Republic, the evil Darth Sidious is now ready to unleash his incomparable
reign of terror upon the galaxy. Slowly rising to power using political
machinations and the dark side of the Force, the evil Sith Lord has orchestrated
much of the interplanetary strife plaguing the Republic.
Now, when the Republic is most vulnerable, and the Jedi are most overwhelmed,
Sidious finally unveils a sinister master plan a thousand years in the making.
In one fell swoop, the devious Sith Lord wipes out the Jedi Order and
reorganizes the crumbling Republic into the first Galactic Empire.
Lord Sidious' colossal gambit has given him absolute power as ruler of the
galaxy, and to help him keep his oppressive reign, he enlists a most deadly Sith
apprentice - the equally villainous Darth Vader.
To create the weapon of the vile Darth Sidious, the prop department machined an
original master and cast copies of the prop in chrome and gold plated resin for
ease of handling. Surface detailing consisted of two LEDs - in keeping with the
prequel trilogy lightsaber look - a copper colored recharge port, and a brass
emitter plate. Other areas, notably the neck rings bellow the emitter and the
individually shaped end cap were gold plated and antiqued, before the saber was
given a distinctive paint finish.
For the Master Replicas model, Lucasfilm supplied our engineers with a pristine
copy of an original prop. It was laser scanned to enable them to exactly
recreate the unique, organic form in diecast metal, with machined metal details.
The trim parts are plated in genuine 18k gold and every detail from the antiqued
brass emitter to the unique prismatic paint finish have been stunningly
replicated.
Features:

This officially
licensed replica lightsaber exactly reproduces all of the intricate, ornate
curves and unique paint finish of the deadly weapon of the evil Dark Lord of the
Sith - Darth Sidious.

Obi-Wan Lightsaber: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
“General Kenobi, years ago you served my father
in the Clone Wars…” - Leia Organa, Senator of Alderaan
In the years since the onset of the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi has become a Jedi
Master serving as a General in the ongoing war against the Separatists. After
rescuing Chancellor Palpatine from the clutches of General Grievous, the dreaded
commander of the droid armies, Obi-Wan tracks Grievous to the sinkhole planet of
Utapau, where he must destroy him if the war is to end.
By the time Obi-Wan returns to Coruscant, the Republic has fallen, and his worst
fear is realized – his former Padauan Anakin Skywalker has turned to the dark
side and become Darth Vader, a Dark Lord of the Sith. Now, Obi-Wan must confront
– and destroy – his former apprentice. On the volcanic lava planet of Mustafar,
old friends turned fierce enemies face off in the ultimate lightsaber battle
that will forever change the destiny of a galaxy…
In this climactic Star Wars movie, Obi-Wan Kenobi is armed with a new lightsaber
- built when he ascended to the Jedi Council. Since this new weapon represents
the one used by Obi-Wan in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, the prop department
referenced available archive materials and machined a similar looking hilt in
aluminum, with brass and resin details.
Taking the World War 1 grenade and faucet handle details of the original they
cleverly reworked them into a narrower, more streamlined design. This not only
made the hilt easier to wield in the many fast and furious lightsaber fights, it
allowed it to fit into the design aesthetic of the prequel trilogy while
retaining the familiar profile of the original iconic prop.
To recreate the Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode III Revenge of the Sith Lightsaber,
Lucasfilm provided Master Replicas with an actual filming prop for reference,
enabling our engineers to exactly reproduce every detail and dimension. We hope
you will proudly display this ultimate replica in your collection for many years
to come.

the Sith Lord, Qui-Gon's fight wasn't finished -- his apprentice, Obi-Wan
Kenobi, took up Qui-Gon's saber and struck down the Sith Lord, sending his
body plummeting down a reactor shaft in two parts.
Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn's signature lightsaber is finally available,
completing the set of sabers wielded by the saga's most visible players.
Manufactured with the same attention to detail and quality you have come to
expect from Master Replicas, the Collector's Editions are made from slightly
different materials from its Limited Edition counterparts so they can be
offered at a more affordable price point.

this stunning saber wielded by the legendary Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn to

Darth Vader: Episode III Revenge of
the Sith
Once a Jedi Knight and a hero
revered throughout the Republic, Anakin Skywalker forsakes all that he once held
dear when he becomes the evil Sith apprentice Darth Vader. Lured to the dark
side by promises of absolute power, the fallen hero betrays his fellow Jedi, his
friends and even his beloved Padmé when he becomes the very enemy he once swore
to defeat. Now, as a disciple of evil, Vader executes the Emperor’s every
command and annihilates all who stand in the way of his master’s schemes.
On the volcanic world of Mustafar, Vader confronts his former mentor Obi-Wan
Kenobi and is left for dead. When he arises from the fateful encounter, he find
himself more machine than man, encased in the signature black armor that will
come to strike fear and terror throughout the galaxy.
Of all of the lightsabers seen in the Star Wars saga, Darth Vader’s has
undergone the most changes. Each time the prop has appeared in previous filmed
episodes it has differed in detail with many versions, both hero and stunts
being made. In Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, the prop department
has taken previous versions of Vader’s iconic weapon of ultimate evil and
amalgamated them seamlessly into one.
Machined from aluminum, with accented copper and aluminum details, the
lightsaber features a gloss black mid band and shroud that approximate the
antique camera flash of the original classic trilogy prop. Seven hand grips, a
stepped end cap, and a unique laser etched design in the control box top ensure
that this version of Vader’s weapon retains a familiar profile while making it,
once again, unique in its own right.
To recreate the Darth Vader Episode III Revenge of the Sith Lightsaber,
Lucasfilm gave Master Replicas access to an actual filming prop to reference,
enabling our engineers to exactly reproduce every detail and dimension. We hope
you will proudly display this ultimate replica in your collection for many years
to come.

Anakin Lightsaber: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
After three years on the front lines of the Clone
Wars, Anakin Skywalker’s incredible feats have made him a hero throughout the
Republic and earned him full Jedi Knight status. Now, as the Clone Wars reach
their devastating climax, Anakin returns to Coruscant for a daring rescue that
earns him an appointment to the Jedi Council but is only reluctantly accepted by
his fellow Jedi.
While continuing to conceal his marriage to Padmé Amidala, Anakin worries that
his nightmares of Padmé dying in childbirth may be prophetic, and the young Jedi
is determined to find a way to save her.
Seduced by promises of unlimited power and the hope of stopping death, Anakin
plunges down the path to the dark side that has been carefully laid before him.
Betraying the Jedi and those closest to him, Anakin Skywalker transforms into
the most terrifying incarnation of evil – the Sith Lord Darth Vader.
The weapon Anakin wields represents the lightsaber that will one day be handed
down to his son, Luke. The prop was composed of a chrome-plated brass body and a
polished aluminum center band, copying the look of the antique camera flash that
formed the basis of the original classic trilogy props. From the Star Wars:
Episode IV A New Hope lightsaber, they copied the placement of the flash’s “red
button” but replaced the “glass eye” with a copper colored dome. The remaining
details follow the Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back version and
include six hand grips, a knurled center band, and a unique laser etched design
in the control box top, emulating the style of a printed circuit board. A brass
activation switch and a plastic clip, for attachment to the actor’s belts,
complete the design of this iconic Star Wars weapon.
To recreate the Anakin Skywalker Episode III: Revenge of the Sith Lightsaber,
Lucasfilm provided Master Replicas with an actual filming prop for reference,
enabling our engineers to exactly reproduce every detail and dimension. We hope
you will proudly display this ultimate replica in your collection for many years
to come.

Master Replicas Final
Star Wars Limited Edition Saber:
The Luke Skywalker RoTJ
V2

Prop Story:
Luke Skywalker's
heroic journey to become a Jedi Master reached its climax when he confronted
Darth Vader and his evil master, Emperor Palpatine, on the second Death Star.
Palpatine had hopes to seduce the son of Skywalker to the dark side of the
Force, believing Luke would give in to temptation, kill his father, and take his
place at the twisted Emperor's side.
Facing off in an epic lightsaber duel, Darth Vader encountered a fierce opponent
in his son. Fighting to protect his sister and everything he held true, Luke's
ferocity surprised the Dark Lord. Filled with rage, Luke came close to embracing
the dark side, almost killing his father. Due to the Jedi training he learned
from Yoda, he was able to avoid the path of Anakin Skywalker. Tossing his
lightsaber aside, he turned to face the wrath of the enraged Sith Emperor.
The lightsaber Luke Skywalker wields in the Return of the Jedi has a long and
complicated history. The hilt worn by actor Mark Hamill, in most of the scenes
in the movie where the lightsaber is not ignited, was in fact an old Obi-Wan
Kenobi "stunt" lightsaber from A New Hope. The blade was cut off and it featured
a longer lever on the center band, a conical knob on the rear above the pommel,
and a D-ring attached the lightsaber to a belt clip. Cast in aluminum from a
milled wooden master, this lightsaber features uneven heat sink fins which we
have recreated in the interest of accuracy.
For the fighting scenes, a newly machined, but more simplified look-alike
version of the above lightsaber was created with a removable blade. A cleaned up
version of this lightsaber was used for the close-up insert shot when Darth
Vader comments on Luke constructing a new lightsaber. This became known as the
"hero" version of the prop because it was featured so prominently in a close-up.
The "Version Two" of the prop was altered in post-production to look more like
the "hero" lightsaber, possibly in interest of continuity.
Master Replicas engineers modeled this faithful replica directly from
measurements taken from the surviving prop, and recreated the look from the
movie with the help of extensive photographic reference materials supplied from
the Lucasfilm Ltd. Archives.
- Crafted in machined and stamped aluminum
and metal parts
- Museum quality display case with mirrored base and acrylic cover
- Numbered plaque and Certificate of Authenticity
- Limited to only 1500 pieces

Master Replicas One & Only Star
Wars Expanded Universe LightSaber:
The Mara Jade SE

Prop Story:
Mara Jade was once known as the
Emperor’s Hand – a highly skilled assassin and operative who can hear her
master, the evil Sith Lord, Emperor Palpatine’s bidding from across the galaxy.
Trained since childhood and honed into a weapon Mara learned skills in the Force
to serve her dark master.
Being dismayed with Darth Vader after the epic father/son duel with Luke
Skywalker on Bespin in Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, the Emperor deployed
Mara Jade on one of her last missions: assassinate Luke Skywalker. She blamed
Skywalker for the feelings of conflict of good and evil within Vader.
In her first unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Skywalker, in Episode VI:
Return of the Jedi, she infiltrated Jabba’s palace and posed as a dancer named
Arica, knowing that he would attempt to rescue his friend, Han Solo. However,
Jabba the Hutt ruined her plans by attempting to execute Skywalker and his
friends himself at the Great pit of Carkoon, where lived the immense Sarlacc, a
vile creature that would digest them over a thousand years.
Mara Jade finally met Luke Skywalker face to face during the events of Grand
Admiral Thrawn’s campaign against the New Republic. They had to cooperate to
survive the wilderness planet of Myrkr. Witnessing Skywalker’s powerful Jedi
abilities, Mara developed a begrudging respect for the Jedi Master. Following
the defeat of Thrawn, Luke gave Mara the gift of his first lightsaber, a weapon
long thought lost but recovered by agents of the empire.
Eventually the couple realized that they were a perfect match. Despite a decade
of tension, the couple ultimately fell in love and wed on Corscant. The couple
represented an inspiring ideal and a powerful symbol to a galaxy in turmoil. A
former Imperial agent and the galaxy’s most powerful Jed Master had found a way
to overcome their differences and fall in love.
In 1999 the Star Wars Customizable Card Game (CCG) by a company called
Decifer, were doing live action cards for characters for the Expanded Universe.
Shannon McRandle, an actress and model, was hired to be Mara Jade. She captured
the feel of the character and was so popular that she was asked to tour with
Decifer on the convention circuit. At the shows, she had her lightsaber which
was the one in the CCG. This lightsaber represented the one Mara had as the
Emperor's hand.
The prop that was used for Mara's saber was actually an EL saber (i.e. it lit
up), so there was a small toggle switch about a quarter of an inch long right in
the middle of the handle. Master Replicas was able to aquire one of these
lightsabers and replicated it down to the smallest detail, save one...the toggle
switch. It really didn't go with the look of the saber (out of place and awkward
looking) since it was placed in the middle of the black ribbed section. So to
allow for it to appear as a lightsaber that would have been used and worn, the
switch was left off.
Master Replicas hopes that you enjoy adding the Mara Jade’s lightsaber to your
Star Wars prop collection.
