The Plasma Infusion, LLC was launched in the Spring of 2002 as a high end electronics boutique shop, specializing in plasma screen and LCD monitors. We do Custom Home Theater installations & remodels here in lower Fairfield County Connecticut. And sell Ultra 4K LCD/LED displays for self installation around the country.
Our collectible movie themed merchandise & prop replicas have almost overtaken our original business!  We still do home theaters but we now have added staff to concentrated on helping to find that rare and hard to find replica. Our expanding resource net now can locate many items that even I thought were too elusive. Shipping
We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS Monday through Saturday. Your shipment will be packed with extra care to ensure its safe delivery to your home. We pride ourselves on our excellent packing department and want your order to arrive in perfect condition.
If you have a special request, e.g. double boxing a "Brown Shipper" box, or Overnight Rush Delivery, feel free to ask - we can usually accommodate any request.

Pachinko & Oversized items have their own shipping rates. Generally they are about $125-175 within the lower 48 & Canada. International Orders will be somewhere between $250-390 - please ask for a quote our site won't add international rates, we'll send a separate bill.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know!.  Just contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of your order.  If there is a problem with the product, we will replace it (if the item is still in stock) or offer you a full refund (minus the shipping costs) for your returned merchandise. 
Simply return the item with a copy of the invoice and state whether you want the item replaced or your money refunded.
Returns for reasons other than defective products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pachinko Returns: Due to the sensitive nature of shipping Pachinko machines, we cannot offer refunds on Pachinko machines. However, if you have ordered a machine and we have not shipped yet, a refund can be requested - Please contact us ASAP.  Custom pre-ordered machines are subject to deposit forfeiture due to inability to cancel the order from the Japan side. 
Pachinko Frames come in a variety of colors, pictured machines are from the manufacturer...we don't have a color choice when ordering so be aware an incoming machine can arrive in a different color. 
Pre & Custom Orders                                    All custom orders require a deposit - usually a 10%  deposit for us to order. 
                                                                                                                Deposits are Non-refundable unless we fail to obtain the ordered items.
